Please Hold the Line

Tali, a single mom, finds out her bank account is blocked. The kindergarten payment didn't go through and her child can't attend her school anymore. She feels completely lost between all the call centers she tries, until she decides to get her self-respect back and goes to the insurance company that screwed her over.
