Finish Line – The Non-Fiction Lab for Final Projects
The Finish Line Lab returns for a second year of bold, cross-platform cinematic creation for television and social media. Video art, AI, animation, documentary, studio shows and talk shows, infotainment and mockumentary series, as well as impressive production and film projects - students in the lab create non-fiction graduation works that allow them to apply the skills they've gained in film school across a wide range of platforms.
The lab welcomes open-minded, creative individuals with a producer’s and entrepreneur’s spirit, those who bring forth original and feasible ideas with long-term potential. With close, professional, and collegial guidance, the lab supports students in expressing their voices in unique and diverse ways. Finish Line challenges students to use a broad spectrum of imagination, thought, and talent, and enables them to explore a wide variety of themes: maternity leave that’s anything but a break, grieving a beloved pet, elderly Palestinian women in Galilean villages reflecting on their past, improving communication with dogs and with ourselves, a fearless and dust-covered veterinarian traveling across the Negev’s unrecognized villages, or the magical ways in which Israeli fantasy books can be marketed.
Participants from all walks of life are here to provoke curiosity, expand perspectives, move audiences and bring the issues that matter to them (and to you) to the forefront of the screen.
The Finish Line Lab - coming soon to every kind of screen.
