Cinema Sprint – inspired by The 48 hour film project

Cinema Sprint is an intensive 48-hour filmmaking challenge, in which creators face one clear mission: to produce an original short film—from the initial idea and writing, through filming, and all the way to final editing. Each team is assigned three creative elements that must appear in the film: a character, a prop, and a line of dialogue.

Cinema Sprint is inspired by the legendary 48 Hour Film Project and is held in collaboration with the Shoshana and Zevulun Tomer Tel Aviv-Jaffa City Museum. For many filmmakers, it serves as a significant milestone—sometimes marking their first step into the world of cinematic creation, and at other times offering a return to an intuitive, playful, and joyful creative process.

During the festival week, all films created as part of the project will be screened at a festive public event open to all.
