The 50:50 Initiative seeks to create equal representation between women and men in the film and television industry in the selection of series and films produced and in the selection of films accepted for festivals.

Especially in such a time of crisis, we seek to revisit this issue and put it on the agenda in the belief that action is needed in order to see results in the representations of the female versus male filmmakers so that we don't witness a regression.

The discussion will consist of female and male key figures in the Israeli film industry and will raise questions regarding the importance and values of this initiative. The event will be held in Hebrew by Lior Elefant
