T-Port is an online platform dedicated to the promotion of emerging talents and the distribution of short films made by students and independent filmmakers. By bridging the gap between young filmmakers and the professional industry, the platform aims to create new screening opportunities and maximize the circulation of short films.

The platform is designed for professional use only, thus exposing the films and making them accessible to the international film industry, i.e. producers, sales agents, distributors, and festival programmers from around the world, all of who can view the films online and make direct contact with the filmmakers.

T-Port showcases more than 550 short films, including leading festival’s selections and Oscar-winning films. Since its launching, 25,000 parties of interest have visited the platform, and over 300 of them have made inquiries with the filmmakers.

T-Port representatives are regularly present at major film festivals throughout the year, such as Cannes, Berlinale, Black Nights, Les Arcs, and Torino Short Film Market, among others. They also organize discussions, panels and special events to promote the platform’s filmmakers. T-Port also collaborates with leading industry platforms such as Arte, Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Market, Vimeo, and more.

Over the past year, T-Port has expanded its operations and for the first time also includes selected independent short films from Israel (T-Port Indie). T-Port is currently accepting submissions from international students and filmmakers.

T-Port was founded by Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival, in collaboration with the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund (Israel’s leading film fund for short films). and the Mifal HaPais Council for the Culture and Arts.

You are more than welcome to join us!
